PNTF MASTERS COMMITTEE MINUTES - June 5, 2009

Minutes from May 3, 2009 approved after a minor spelling correction
Treasurer's Report:
Beginning with the April 19, 2009 balance of $7,993.90 we spent the following on the Spring Fling of April 25, 2009 of $210.41 on food and beverages, leaving a balance of $7,783.49 as of June 5, 2009. Will submit permit fee of $420.00 for the Seattle Classic of July 18, 2009 soon.
Events of 2009:
July 18: Seattle Classic - corrected registration form and reminded George to bring medals and shirts to event
Aug. 15-16: National Masters Combined Events (Decathlon and Heptathlon) at Kings High School
Aug. 22-23: National Ultra Weight Championships to be held in Portland, Oregon
Road Racing Championships: Changes in venues for the 5k to Run of the Mill (July 11) and the 10k to the Snoqualmie Rail Road Days (Aug. 22). The 8k Beat the Bridge and Half Marathon - Super Jock 'n Jill are remaining the same.
New Business:
Annual Meeting will be held on Sept. 20, 2009 at Camp Long (West Seattle) commencing for Masters at 1:00 p.m.
