OLD BUSINESS
Patti Petesch reported on the status of the replacement of the pole
vault and high jump pits at Sealth Stadium. Bottom line: the school
district doesn't have any money to be able to replace the pits, even
if the Youth PNA helped with the funding.

A back up plan was discussed: move the pole vault event to West
Seattle Stadium; keep high jump at Sealth, but bring in an additional
pad from another site.

NEW BUSINESS
Patti reported that USATF wishes to host an Association Workship with
the purpose to help fine-tune the running of the individual
Associations, especially the entry process for Junior Olympics. A
motion was passed, that if the workship did indeed happen, and if the
National office is funding at least two people from our Association, we
would pay for a third person to attend as well. Another motion was
passed that our Regional Chair (Char), our Association Chair (Asha), and
Ken Emerick be the ones to attend the workshop.
